About Us

Shows will generally be on the 2nd Saturday of the month during our fall and spring seasons. All events will be held at Plymouth’s First Parish Church, downstairs in Kendall Hall. We have café style seating, accommodating four per table, and will be serving home-baked goods, a variety of tea, soft beverages, and, of course, delicious coffee. In order to provide the highest quality listening atmosphere for all, this is an alcohol-free and non-smoking venue.  Children under 18 are always welcome with adult supervision. We respectfully ask that they be courteous and attentive.

Driftwood Folk Café is a not-for-profit organization, run solely by dedicated volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, please
drop us a note, we’d love to hear from you!  We are looking for dedicated individuals to help us with all aspects of running the show, including: setting up chairs and tables, ticket taking, selling artist merchandise, selling snacks and drinks, and distributing fliers to local busineses in Downtown Plymouth, amongst other tasks as required.  In return, you'll get a complimentary seat at the show and our eternal thanks and appreciation!

We are a proud member of

Founders & Volunteers

Lynn Holdsworth - Founder and marketing manager (email me!)

Carlyn Hutchins - Founder and booking manager (email me!)

We would like to acknowledge all of our fantastic volunteers, because the shows would not run smoothly without their help!  These folks take tickets, bake, brew coffee, set up tables, run the dessert table, and at the end of the shows, break it all down and clean it back up.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

If you are interested in volunteer opportunities, please do not hesitate to
email us!

Our Sound Gear

Some folks have asked us what we are using for sound equipment. If you're really interested, here is a list of what we have. Ed McGee Audio runs the equipment for each of our shows (and has gotten rave reviews from our performers and concert attendees).
